Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unopened and unused, in its original sealed packaging
  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Opened cat litter products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, the item must be unopened to qualify for a return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at GSPetproducts@outlook.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. For items over $100, we also recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used cat litter products
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at GSPetproducts@outlook.com with photos of the issue. We will make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at GSPetproducts@outlook.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, please contact us at GSPetproducts@outlook.com with your order details and photos.
